Biz Outsource is looking for motivated and results-driven Telesales Representatives and Call Service Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer communication, problem-solving, and sales-driven interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records with accurate logs of interactions and transactions.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Uphold a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive client experience.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or call center is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and call management tools is a plus.
