The role of a Telesales Officer involves generating sales over the phone by advising potential clients on our products and services. This includes identifying customer needs, providing detailed information, and answering any questions they may have. Excellent verbal communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential for success in this role.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and qualify potential clients for our business.
  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls.
  • Conduct outbound calls to companies to identify potential clients and promote our business.
  • Tailor your sales approach to effectively present the value proposition of our services to each client.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of targeted sales campaigns.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams.
