Telesales Executive

 

Description:

FulfillKaro PK, a rapidly growing logistics and warehousing company serving eCommerce businesses across Pakistan, is looking for a Telesales Executive. This role will be responsible for reaching out to prospective eCommerce sellers, explaining FulfillKaro’s services, and converting leads into active customers. As part of the sales team, you will work toward achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

  • Explain FulfillKaro's courier and warehousing services clearly and confidently.

  • Follow up with interested leads to close sales.

  • Maintain a daily log of calls made, leads generated, and conversions.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and customer onboarding teams.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in courier/logistics/eCommerce.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Confident, energetic, and persistent attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

  • Fluent in Urdu; English is a plus.
