Resposibilities:

1-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries with timely responses on social media

2- Collaborate with internal team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements in process

3- Engaging with customers to provide product information, assistance & resolution

4- Assist customers with order related queries and execution

5- Strong written and verbal communication skill

6- Customer-centric mindset

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree with 6 months /above experience in call center, telemarketing or telesales.
