Telesales Executive

Description:

This is a full-time Sales Executive role.The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, pitching services to potential clients, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for tracking and reporting sales performance and providing feedback on how to improve the sales process. This is an on-site role located in Karachi Division.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C/B3B sales, preferably in the recruitment industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Fluency in English and Urdu is required

Salary:50k-60k
