As a Sales Executive at Spearlogics Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting our cutting-edge IT solutions to businesses across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce Spearlogics Solutions' IT services and products.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and cold calling.
- Understand clients' IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas by closing deals and generating revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our product offerings.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent English accent and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work the night shift (8 PM - 5 AM).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required (fresh resources are welcome).
- Familiarity with IT solutions, hardware, software, cloud computing, or cybersecurity is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
