Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to enhance our sales efforts by generating high-quality leads and setting appointments. This role is integral to our growth strategy, requiring an individual who can effectively communicate our value propositions and build strong customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Connectnlink's products/services, aiming to generate interest and secure appointments for the sales team.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement.
- Follow-up: Diligently follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to maintain customer interest and progress through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions and transactions in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and organized customer information.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to the overall sales goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive impression of Connectnlink.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Connectnlink's products/services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within a similar industry.
