Telemarketing Specialist

We are seeking a confident, results-driven Cold Caller to join our on-site team in DHA-1, Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the US and Canada. You should possess strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and have the resilience and energy to excel in a fast-paced call environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US/Canada market
• Introduce company products/services and identify opportunities for sales or appointments
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records in our CRM
• Achieve or exceed daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a BPO/Call Center environment is an advantage
• Confidence and tenacity to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing sales strategies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
