Spark Pro Technologies is on the lookout for an experienced B2B Sales Executive (Telemarketing) to join our team and spearhead our US-based real estate campaign. If you have a proven track record in sales and a passion for real estate, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with provided leads to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Contact potential clients via email, phone, or SMS to introduce our real estate solutions.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs and effectively present our products.
  • Secure client sign-ups, maintain regular contact for follow-ups, and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and organizations.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Present and advocate for our real estate solutions to prospective clients.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with campaign goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Telemarketing sales, especially within the real estate sector.
  • Strong ability to build and deliver effective sales pitches.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
