Description:
Digital DirAction is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Direct Sales Department for our North American Chapter. The ideal candidate will have a strong American accent and a proven track record of selling software services to North American clients.
Responsibilities:
1- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using ZoomInfo as the contact management and engagement tool.
2- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM for managing and tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all interactions.
Qualifications:
1- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong American accent.
2- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a software house, specifically in selling services to North American clients.
3- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using ZoomInfo for contact management and engagement, and HubSpot as a CRM.
