Telecom Support Engineer

Description:

We are looking for Telecom/IT Professionals for the role of “Telecom Support Engineer” who can efficiently take care of our support services in all manner like over Telephone, Email, one to one and support the operations team on field for installation & troubleshooting.

Eligibility:

- Telecom/Computer/Electronics Graduate from any reputed HEC recognized university.

- Basic knowledge of major subjects of related discipline.

- Basic knowledge of IT Computer Networks, Digital communication, Operating system, MS Office & etc.

- Having good communication skills with good appearance personality.

- Should have it’s own laptop in case of ‘work from home’.

- Flexible & available to work remotely after office hours (if required)

- CCNA Training or Certification or any equivalent training is plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible to provide the technical support of our customer over email, telephone and on-site (if needed).

- Can play a key-role in solution deployment, troubleshooting & maintenance.

- One-to-One correspondence with customer, solve their issues, complaints & queries.

- Satisfy the customer, end-user, vendor and supplier.

- Multi-tasking enabled; he should be able to rollout all complaints/installation simultaneously in coordination of relevant teams.

- Also supports the team/customer after office hours, on-site and off-site.

- Eager to learn and work aggressively.

- Domestic Travelling (if needed).
