Description:

As a Geobear Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our non-intrusive ground improvement services. You will work closely with the site management team to meet client expectations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

The role requires a focus on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, reflecting Geobear’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed according to specifications and within deadlines.
• Lead polymer injection processes and oversee team activities, driving project success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address the growing demands of the UAE market.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction, ideally in groundworks, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or house building.
• Experience with drilling machinery and construction tools.
• Ability to follow instructions from the site management team, both verbal and written.
• A strong commitment to working safely, adhering strictly to UAE safety standards.
• Additional experience in plumbing for drainage systems is advantageous.
