Technical Writer

Description:

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have experience in documenting financial and banking applications and RESTful APIs. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation related to our financial and banking applications, RESTful APIs, and open banking interfaces. You will work closely with our development, product, and customer success teams to ensure that our technical materials are clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly.

Your Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for our banking applications and APIs, including user guides, online help, FAQs, and release notes
• Translate complex product information into simple and engaging content
• Review and edit existing content for clarity, grammar, spelling, and consistency
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product details and requirements
• Conduct technical reviews of product documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Keep abreast of the latest updates and innovations in the field of open banking to improve and expand related documentation
