Key Responsibilities:

 

As a Technical Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

 

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a team of developers. Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and efficient development methodologies.

 

- Architecture Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and maintainable MERN/MEAN Stack architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

 

- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

 

- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team. Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in MERN/MEAN Stack development.

- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.

- Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
