Technical Support Specialist

Being under supervision of the CTO, you will be responsible to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.


Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage network operations for maximum performance and uptime
Provide tech support within the frameworks of the department requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve network, system and route issues
Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes
Monitor and apply necessary routing configurations to ensure highest message delivery
Implement and enforce network security measures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient network operations
Participate in on-call rotation and responding to incidents in a timely manner
Develop and maintain documentation of network processes and procedures
Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Fulfil other technical tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of proven working experience in a similar role
Experience with network monitoring tools
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (Wireshark, Trace Analyser)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have experience with Alaris Labs system
Good command of English (Intermediate proficiency)
