Sybrid is looking for Technical Support Interns to join their Karachi office. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced candidates to gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting network and IT-related issues.


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Technical Troubleshooting:

  • Troubleshoot internet, WiFi, and GPON connectivity issues.
  • Identify and resolve bandwidth, NAT/PAT, and IP conflicts.

✅ Customer Support & Assistance:

  • Assist customers with account details, invoices, and service upgrades.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality service.

✅ Network & System Support:

  • Handle basic networking tasks and technical configurations.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth service operations.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electronics, CS, or IT.
  • Fresh graduates & experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

✅ Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of networking, GPON, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
