Technical Support Analyst

 

Description:

Working in a Development and Operations team with application testing, deployment and support for a software solutions provider in the health sector. Technical competency in the following technologies is desirable but not mandatory:

  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • MS Win Server
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Zoho Support Desk

 

Team working and communication skills required, excellent spoken English including:

  • Experience of working in a team-oriented culture (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Proving first line technical customer support
  • Experience of service management tools including service desk, backup and reporting tools
  • Writing operational documents and following test scripts
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
  • Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure
