Description:
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Technical Services team in Technical matters.
-Participate in customer outreach and product demonstrations.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients and/or assigned by the supervisor by providing both on-site and remote support.
-Assist in creating technical materials and presentations.
-Improve technical knowledge and keep up-to-date on the latest -IT products and technologies.
-Visit the customers sites for resolving the hardware and software issues
-Assist in creating technical materials and presentations.
-Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience preferences.
Qualification:
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Negotiation and presentation skills
-Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed given targets.
-Bachelor's degree in a related field.
