Doart Energy Private Limited is looking for a full-time Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Islamabad Office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Utilize technical expertise to identify and understand the specific energy-related challenges and technical issues faced by prospective clients, particularly regarding hybrid inverters and installation.
- Present tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating how Doart Energy's products and services can meet their specific needs and deliver value.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression using CRM software.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, including technical consultations, solution validation, and post-sale technical assistance.
- Technical sales, with a proven track record of successfully addressing technical issues related to hybrid inverters and installation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the energy industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
