We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Lahore. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting field marketing activities to reach out to prospects, generate leads, and close sales for our software solutions. This position offers a commission-based salary structure, rewarding your efforts and performance in driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field marketing to identify and engage potential clients, especially in the Lahore area.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our software products and their benefits to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up to drive sales conversions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and capabilities of our software solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategic approaches for lead generation and conversion.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the software industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and build rapport.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales and overcome objections.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Lahore and surrounding areas for field marketing activities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transportation.
