Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a passion for sales, and the drive to help us expand our market share. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop sales strategies, manage and grow the sales team, and drive business development in the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Work closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and refine sales materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate a team.
• Passionate about sales, solar energy, and sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
