Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Siemens Automation Products Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Siemens automation products to customers, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of Siemens automation solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory or market segment.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers in selecting the appropriate Siemens automation products.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Siemens automation solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Siemens automation products.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Sales Engineer, preferably in the automation industry.
Deep knowledge of Siemens automation products, including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and industrial networking.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
