Agile is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced engineering environment, helping clients achieve their project goals while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and customer visits to identify new project opportunities and potential clients.
- Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales order volumes in line with agreed targets and company objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their specific requirements and ensuring excellent service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve any technical or service-related concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Sales Planning: Prepare, review, and execute detailed sales plans while proposing recovery actions to meet targets effectively.
- Management Tasks: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the organization’s goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: BSc. in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: 1-2 years in core sales within an industrial, engineering, or energy solutions company. After-sales experience is not applicable for this role.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering concepts to effectively communicate with clients and address their technical needs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and propose effective solutions.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: PKR 80,000 - 100,000.
