Description:
As a Sales Engineer specializing in Solar Power, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our solar energy solutions. You will combine your technical expertise with strong sales skills to provide clients with customized solar power systems that meet their energy needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting site assessments, designing solar systems, preparing proposals, and closing sales. You will work closely with the engineering team, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar power sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the solar energy market.
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients, helping them understand the benefits and feasibility of solar power solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and analyze the technical and financial feasibility of proposed solar power systems.
- Design and recommend solar power systems that meet client requirements, including system sizing, component selection, and layout.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and projected energy savings.
- Present proposals to clients, addressing any technical or financial questions they may have.
- Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any technical issues or challenges that arise.

- Customer Relationship Management:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and technical consultation within the solar power industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems, including photovoltaic panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
