Avanza Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join its team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international technical recruitment, specializing in sourcing top talent for IT and engineering roles across global markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top international talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to find the best candidates.
  • Conduct technical assessments and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best hiring practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international technical recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and engineering roles, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates from global talent pools.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
