Avanza Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join its team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international technical recruitment, specializing in sourcing top talent for IT and engineering roles across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top international talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to find the best candidates.
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best hiring practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT and engineering roles, technologies, and skill sets.
- Experience in sourcing candidates from global talent pools.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
