Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Source, attract, and hire top technical talent (developers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps, etc.) for the organization.
- Leverage multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
2. Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement a scalable recruitment strategy tailored to the needs of a startup environment.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
3. Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with technical teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments, coding tests, or portfolio reviews.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, qualifications, and desired profiles.
- Provide guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and salary benchmarking.
5. Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with all applicants.
6. Employer Branding
- Support initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the tech community.
- Actively participate in tech meetups, career fairs, and other networking events.
7. Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize the recruitment process based on data insights.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in technical recruiting, preferably for startups or software development companies.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for roles like full-stack developers, mobile app developers, DevOps engineers, etc.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development technologies and methodologies (e.g., Agile, tech stacks, and coding languages).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, or GitHub).
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
