Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions, including software developers, engineers, IT specialists, and other technical roles.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting to remain competitive in the market.
  • Employer Branding: Promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong networking and sourcing skills.
