Description:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions, including Project Managers, Software developers, engineers, and IT professionals
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Partner with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the recruiting process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources / business administration, or a related field
1+ years of experience in technical recruiting (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
