Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible to build new business for the company using existing channels and models. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition (Upwork, Freelancer.com etc) for UI/UX Design, Custom Software Development, Web Application Development, Mobile App Development, AI/ML, DevOps and others.
- Writing proposals and customising each proposal based on the challenges of the prospect.
- Proposal creation, engaging with clients leading to closure.
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the Business Analyst, subject matter experts and coordinate client onboarding.
- Schedule, conduct and coordinate Client meetings.
- Maintain healthy relationships with the clients.
Skill Requirements:
- Sound written & verbal communication in English.
- Must have strong Technical domain knowledge.
- Should have great understanding of sales cycle and terminologies.
- Ability to stay motivated and committed to the assigned tasks.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with majors in either Computer Sciences, Marketing, or Business is preferable.
- Marketplaces Experience is must.
- Experience with interacting with global clients like US/ UK/ Canada/ Australia demographics.
- 1-2 Years of hands-on professional experience as an SDR or BDE.
