Description:
As a Project Manager at Stallions Solutions, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our service offerings. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills
- Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform projects
- Expert with Azure Boards and Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kamban)
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud services, Microsoft Dataverse, Data migrations, Security, Compliance and GDPR
Project Management Skills
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end technical projects (specifically Microsoft technology projects)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience in resource planning, task prioritization, and risk management
- Budgeting and cost control experience in IT and technical project environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and documentation for web-base projects , Dynamics 365 or Power Platform projects plus.

- Exceptionally good English communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and focus on process improvement
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical audiences
- Change management and stakeholder management expertise
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and project scope changes
- Handling scope creep and Billables management
- Certifications in Microsoft domain, PMP and CSM are a plus
