Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead the planning and implementation of PHP projects
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project schedules and timelines
• Allocate resources and track project costs
• Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants
• Manage project risks and issues
• Monitor project progress and communicate with stakeholders
• Conduct quality assurance and ensure project deliverables meet requirements
• Adhere to Agile methodology for project execution
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and technical design
• Stay updated with PHP technology trends and best practices
• Support team members in technical problem-solving
• Facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Drive continuous improvement within the project management process
   

Required Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in PHP development and web technologies
• Strong understanding of Agile project management principles
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools and software
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of risk management and change management processes
• Experience in stakeholder management and client communication
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Capability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
