Technical Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. This role requires exceptional managerial and client-handling skills, as well as the ability to motivate, build, and monitor cross-regional teams. You will be responsible for overseeing 2 to 3 teams, each consisting of 3 to 4 individuals. Your role involves breaking down customer specifications into clear tasks and timelines and assembling the results into high-value deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple project teams to ensure consistent improvement in code quality and project delivery.

- Translate customer specifications into actionable tasks and timelines.

- Directly interact with client teams and managers to handle expectations and deliver goals effectively.

- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.

- Monitor project progress and make detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.

- Proactively communicate with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

- Anticipate future project details by staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the IT field, including development work and customer interactions.

- Proven experience in delivering at least 3 or 4 full projects as a Tech Project Manager, including scoping, sizing, team formation, and costing.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SDLC, or SLA.

- Knowledge of AWS and TDD is preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience with Big Data project deliveries on cloud infrastructure is a plus.

- Outstanding communication skills.

- Ability to identify, assess, and report risks, and suggest risk treatments.

- Commitment to adhering to all ISMS policies, procedures, and controls.
