Technical Program Manager

Description:

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful product delivery. The Technical Program Manager will also be responsible for product management and utilizing analytical skills to drive decision making.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong academics from a top graduate program and expertise in IT and software engineering
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• 2-4 years of experience working directly in Project or Program Management in a software company, working directly with technical teams responsible for delivering commercial software products
• Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
• Experience and skill in breaking down problems, organizing work, planning steps, and leading the successful delivery of technical project milestones in an iterative manner
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong track record performing data analysis to present data-based recommendations and using data to inform decision making
• Passion for startups and for solving tough problems
• Intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, drive, humility, and a collaborative and growth mindset
