Technical Product Manager

Role Overview: We're seeking a technical Product Manager to help drive development of our Web3

compliance platform. You'll work directly with dev teams, and manage sprints while reporting to

CTO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead agile development process and sprint planning

• Conduct code reviews and technical assessments

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Manage product backlog and prioritize features

• Drive product strategy and roadmap

• Coordinate between development teams and stakeholders

• Own product documentation and technical specifications

Required Experience:

• Technical background in software development

• Nice to have: Experience with blockchain/Web3 technologies

• Proven track record managing development teams

• Expertise in agile methodologies and sprint management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Nice to have: Experience with code review and technical assessment

Required Technical Skills:

• Blockchain development understanding

• API design and integration experience

• Database architecture knowledge

• System design and architecture expertise

• DevOps and deployment understanding
