Technical Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as Technical Manager-Ruminants at Mehta Brothers Pvt Ltd located in Lahore. The Technical Manager-Ruminants will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of the company's ruminant feed business. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the ruminant feed industry, with a proven track record of success in technical management roles.
• Strong knowledge of ruminant nutrition, feed manufacturing, and animal health and welfare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
