We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Manager to join our team. As a Technical Manager, you will lead a team of software/system engineers, oversee the development and deployment of software applications, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers and ensure their professional development.
- Ensure the solutions/projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement software development processes and standards.
- Manage the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as project management, business analysis, DevOps, and QA, to ensure the successful delivery of software products.
- Mentor and coach to improve the team's skills and knowledge.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies.
Job Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 10-12 years in software development with at least 3 years in the management role.
- Demonstrable experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering solutions in these competencies: mobile, IoT, Full stack/Web stack, AI/ML [is a plus]
