Technical Lead

Solvefy, a dynamic software development company specializing in SaaS and AI, is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive technical excellence and mentor development teams. This role involves leading projects built on .NET Core, Angular, and ASP.NET Zero, ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Technical Leadership & Strategy:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies.
• Lead architecture design discussions and code reviews for projects based on .NET Core, Angular, and ASP.NET Zero.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks aligned with business goals.

📌 Project Delivery:

• Collaborate with project managers and product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery by managing technical risks, resource allocation, and development timelines.
• Oversee the complete development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

📌 Development & Code Quality:

• Participate in hands-on development, particularly in critical or complex areas.
• Implement best practices for unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Ensure the application of security best practices across all technical layers.

📌 Collaboration & Communication:

• Act as a bridge between the development team and other stakeholders (QA, Business Analysts, and Product Owners) to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.

Job Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Angular.
✔ Proven experience with ASP.NET Zero or similar full-stack SaaS solutions.
✔ Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
✔ Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and version control systems (Git).
✔ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
✔ Expertise in database design and management (SQL Server or similar).
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
⭐ Prior experience leading teams in a fast-paced development environment.
⭐ Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks or back-end technologies.
