Technical Lead

 

Description:

We are looking for a Technical Lead – SharePoint to lead the migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online (VIVA). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SharePoint development, migration, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Lead the migration of SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online (VIVA), ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime.
  • Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
  • Implement governance, security, and compliance policies for SharePoint Online.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and IT teams, to define migration strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues, ensuring data integrity and seamless user experience.
  • Optimize SharePoint Online performance and enhance its features using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
  • Document processes, best practices, and technical guidelines for SharePoint Online.
     

Required Skills & Qualifications
 

  • 8-10 years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, and migration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online (VIVA), and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API, and CSOM/JSOM.
  • Experience in migration tools like ShareGate, Metalogix, or AvePoint.
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and related M365 services.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to optimize SharePoint Online performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
