Description:
The techno-functional Odoo resource will be responsible for leading client meetings, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful implementation of Odoo solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage and lead a team of Odoo developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Lead client meetings to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
- Address and resolve technical queries from clients effectively.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing technical demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop and present tailored proposals that align with client needs.
Project Management:
- Oversee the implementation of Odoo projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead the Odoo development team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Odoo development, customization, and deployment.
Certification and Training:
- Maintain up-to-date Odoo certifications.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Odoo development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and functionalities.
- Experience with Python.
- Familiarity with Odoo APIs and integration techniques.
Functional Expertise:
- Deep understanding of business processes across various domains (e.g., CRM, ERP, Supply Chain, Finance).
- Ability to translate client requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
Certifications:
- Odoo Functional Certifications (Version 17).
- Odoo Technical Certifications (Version 17).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Odoo implementation and consultancy.
- Demonstrated success in leading client engagements and closing deals.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
