We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead to spearhead our FinTech and Innovatton division. This role is critical in driving the development of cutting-edge financial technologies and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for fintech innovation, and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development of fintech applications and innovative products.

• Design and implement scalable, secure software solutions.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product features.

• Ensure adherence to the highest standards of coding and security practices.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the fintech sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages and software architecture.

• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or related fields is highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively.
