Description:
We are in search of a driven Technical Lead with deep expertise in both software and AI technologies. This role will oversee the technical facets of our project, guiding a team to design, develop, and deploy our innovative sign language generation solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Spearhead the development and implementation of the project, ensuring technical excellence at every step.
- Architecture Design: Plan and implement scalable and robust system architectures.
- AI Integration: Drive the integration of NLP, generative AI, machine translation, and motion capture technologies into our product.
- Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, AI specialists, and other technical staff.
- Project Management: Track project progress, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and adhering to specified requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders, including product managers, researchers, and end-users, to align on vision and execution.
- Problem Solving: Address complex technical challenges, ensuring that the team delivers innovative and optimal solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and software development to ensure our product remains cutting-edge.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and validation processes, ensuring product reliability and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field. Master's or PhD is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software and AI technologies, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Strong foundation in NLP, machine translation, and generative AI technologies.
- Experience with motion capture technology is an advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for complex technical challenges.
- Outstanding communication and team leadership skills.
