Qualities and Skills We're Seeking:
- A minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
- Profound expertise in full-stack, cross-platform development.
- Proficiency in at least one backend and one frontend language/framework.
- Substantial experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Advanced level of English fluency.
- The ability to swiftly grasp and work with new languages, technologies, and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities at both high-level and low-level aspects of software systems.
- A desire and capability to lead, mentor, tutor, and support team members.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborating on defining and shaping client requirements.
- Crafting solutions that align with client needs.
- Breaking down solutions into actionable tasks.
- Assisting in creating project timelines by estimating task completion times.
- Assigning tasks to team members, ensuring the right individuals are matched with the appropriate responsibilities and that tasks are clearly understood.
- Enforcing and implementing technical policies and best practices on projects, including code reviews, proper environment setup, and source code management.
- Assisting team members in resolving technical challenges.
- Contributing to solving any project-related problems or escalations.
- Supporting release management and deployment processes.
