Technical Engineer

Description:

This is an on-site internship leading to job role for a Technical Engineer at Nexus Telecom in Rawalpindi. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to network management, including network monitoring, service assurance, and customer experience information. The engineer will work closely with the team to detect and resolve service issues and network malfunctions in real-time.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in telecom network management
• Experience in network monitoring, service assurance, and customer experience management
• Knowledge of technologies such as GSM, LTE, VoLTE/IMS, VoIP, NGN, and PSTN
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior internship or relevant experience in the telecom industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
