Description:
Looking for an experienced content writer proficient in crafting technical content in English, with a minimum of two years of proven expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Understand the technical aspects of various products and write independently on them.
• Work extensively on project documents, technical manuals and help guides.
• Work in close liaison with the graphics team to generate web content.
• Communicate with sales and support teams to understand the requirements for different software products.
• Write whitepapers and articles for our website.
• Write blog posts, social media posts, and other campaign content.
• Frame attractive tag lines for social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter)
• Create captivating PowerPoint presentations related to different software products.
• Proofread all content before it goes live.
• Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Skills:
• Good interpersonal skills
• Firm grip over English grammar and vocabulary
• Familiarity with web jargon
• Familiarity with project documentation (HLD, LLD, UAT, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products
• Sufficient knowledge of MS Project
