Technical Consultant

Description:

As a SharePoint and Power Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance business processes and drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Implement business process automation solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

·      Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, and SharePoint REST APIs.

·      Configure and customize SharePoint Online/O365 sites, lists, and libraries using out-of-the-box features and customizations.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

·      Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high quality and timely delivery of solutions.

·      Maintain and support existing applications and solutions, ensuring they continue to meet evolving business needs.

·      Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on best practices and development methodologies.

·      Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and SharePoint to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

·      Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·      Proven experience of 3 – 5 years in developing business solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

·      Strong expertise in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, and SharePoint REST APIs.

·      Proficiency in configuring and customizing SharePoint Online/O365 sites, lists, and libraries.

·      Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·      Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

·      Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

·      Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and SharePoint are advantageous.
