Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and processes, translating them into effective CRM solutions.
- Design and customize MS Dynamics CRM systems, including configuring entities, workflows, business rules, plugins, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to CRM customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Implement data migration strategies, ensuring seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to MS Dynamics CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects.
- Provide technical expertise and support during all project phases, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of MS Dynamics CRM and related technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of CRM solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or similar.
- Proven experience of 6 years as a Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRM platform, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, and .NET for custom development and plugin creation.
