Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and testing of new technologies or systems.
• Provide technical support to staff and clients, addressing and resolving issues in time.
• Content management for websites built on various CMS platforms.
• Conduct research and compile data for reports and documentation.
• Adapt to changing requirements from stakeholders and provide creative solutions to solve tech problems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fresh or 1 year of experience in a technical role.
• Good understanding of client-side technologies, HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Understanding of CMS such as Wordpress, Shopify, and others.
• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other related technologies
• Should have a keen eye for detail for solutions and testing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
