Description:
We are seeking a Technical Business Development Specialist with a strong background in enterprise-grade solutioning, particularly in contact center and PBX deployments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industry-leading solutions like Avaya, Cisco, RingCentral, or even platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack. This role requires a mix of technical know-how and business acumen to design and deliver tailored solutions for our B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade software solutions for B2B clients, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Work on contact center and PBX deployments, similar to the likes of Avaya, Cisco, RingCentral, or similar platforms.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and support their digital transformation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of solutions.
- Travel within Pakistan (primarily Islamabad/Rawalpindi) to meet clients and support deployment activities.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing comprehensive tender documents, ensuring that all technical, commercial, and legal requirements are accurately addressed. This includes reviewing tender specifications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the submission is complete and on time.
- The candidate will actively engage in designing and recommending effective solutions based on the client’s needs and requirements outlined in the tender. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, technical, and project management) to develop tailored solutions and proposals that align with organizational capabilities and client expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Software, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in solutioning enterprise-grade software or related roles.
- Must have hands-on experience of designing and implementing API.
- Familiarity with integration and Implementation of SAP or equivalent is a must.
- Familiarity with software development is a plus.
- Strong understanding of B2B enterprise solutioning.
- Familiarity with contact center platforms, PBX systems, and tools like Avaya, Cisco, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel within Pakistan as needed.
