Description:
- Minimum 2+ year(s) of experience in Leads Generation within an IT Sector (Preferably on Upwork, Freelancer and LinkedIn marketplace).
- Must know Agile and SDLC lifecycle.
- Fluent in English (Verbal and Writing).
- Profound knowledge of JIRA, GIT and SCRUM.
- A team player who is willing to go a long way in the growth of the company and willing to out-perform in pressure situation(s).
Nice to have:
- A presentable working experience in Upwork, LinkedIn or in similar marketplace platforms.
- Expertise in bridging between the Dev team and Leads/Clients.
- Must know the basics of Project Management.
