Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define product vision, roadmaps, and growth opportunities
- Act as a Product Owner within the Agile team, managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business impact, and guiding the team through each sprint
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for implementation by the development team
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of objectives and deliverables
- Assess the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Lead the planning and review sessions to monitor progress and resolve any issues the team may encounter
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and analyze their potential benefits to the business
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Coordinator, or a similar role in software development
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, especially in the role of Product Owner
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical details into clear business concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to push projects over the finish line
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Desirable:
- Experience with specific industry domain knowledge relevant to the projects
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar
